Kick Print is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide essential support to our Sales Executives. Primary Role:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to streamline processes.


  • Vendor Interaction:
    • Locate and provide tracking information to vendors.
    • Communicate with vendors regarding stock issues and manage delayed or lost packages.
    • Follow up with vendors in case of discrepancies in the delivery status.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Address simple stock issues promptly.
    • Communicate with both suppliers and vendors to rectify missing or incorrect items.
  • Client Correspondence:
    • Send routine emails to clients on behalf of the sales representatives.
    • Possess basic knowledge of Gmail functionalities, including email tracking and reorder notifications.
  • Scheduling and Monitoring:
    • Monitor schedules and alert sales representatives to any discrepancies, especially those sent to the vendor tab.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in creating quotes and sales orders.
    • Input data and information accurately.
    • Acquire basic knowledge of garment types to advise on the best quoting practices.
    • Add artwork to orders as needed.
  • Data Management:
    • Download reports and organize information.
    • Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Documents.
  • Artwork Coordination:
    • Communicate with artists regarding any necessary changes to artwork.
  • Phone Communication:
    • Answer incoming phone calls.
    • Gather relevant information from clients during inbound calls.
    • Forward collected information to the respective sales representative.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in email communication, Gmail, and email tracking.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and order processing.
  • Competency in using Google Sheets and Documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in promotional products or screen printing is a plus.
